Most don't even think about it.  GRIP!  Hand and forearm strength are so important in MMA.  If someone is in your guard, and you can't control their arms and hands, you are going to get your ass kicked.  Period.

MMA Grip Stick - Squeeze it, bend it, and twist it.   Every movement works a different muscle in your hands, wrist and forearms.  Increase your strength, muscle ENDURANCE, control, and flexibility.

The MMA Grip Stick comes in two different resistances.  Lite, Medium and Heavy. 

Included with the MMA Grip Stick:

  • Flexible solid rubber tube 12" x 1.25"
  • 2" foam rubber cushioning
  • 9" x 2" flexion band

Resistance Levels

  • Lite - Force Required to Bend 90-degrees = 16 lbs
  • Heavy - Force Required to Bend 90-degrees = 26 lbs

Grasp MMA Grip Stick and Twist for Grip Strengthening
Place MMA Grip Stick under knee. Tighten Thigh muscle. Lift heel upwards.
Grip with both hands. Move elbows upward toward ceiling.
Grip with both hands. Move elbows toward body.
Grip MMA Grip Stick in hand with thumb on the outside. Push with thumb.
Grip MMA Grip Stick in hand with thumb on the inside. Push with thumb.
Grip MMA Grip Stick in hand with thumb on the top. Push with thumb.
Stabilize with one hand while rolling MMA Grip Stick upward or downward.
Stabilize with one hand while rotating palm downward.
Stabilize base of MMA Grip Stick on table. Push Wrist upward and toward the body.
Stabilize base of MMA Grip Stick on table. Push Wrist downward and away the body.
